Passport Health will come on-site for your company, school, mission or other organization at a time that is convenient for you. We work with you on the overall clinic coordination, communication, set-up, administration and budget.

Passport Health provides turn key clinic operations. We will take care of much of the paperwork, including consent forms, record keeping, payment and disposal of medical waste. Our office staff will work with you to develop promotional materials, such as email messages, brochures or posters, well in advance to help you promote attendance at your clinic. Our nurses are experienced, versed in the vaccines and trained in any emergency protocol necessary should you have someone have a reaction to a vaccine. Employers have little more to do than select a date and provide us with a space to vaccinate.

Passport Health has a variety of payment options:

• Direct bill an organization or corporation
• Collect payment at the time of service from your members or employees
• Any combination of the above two options
• Sell our vouchers for any immunization you may need. These are pre-purchased immunizations. The voucher will identify your organization, the type of immunization being purchased, and date purchased. Your employees or members can then visit any of our convenient office locations to receive their immunizations.
